Close your eyes, take a deep breath, relax and listen to the music and to the voice dictating you what to do (1 min. is allotted for this). 3. Take a deep breath then envision yourself 10 years ago (pause for 1 min…) then recall the things that you Love (pause for 1 min…), the things that you are best at (pause for 1 min…), and the things that irritate you (pause for 1 min…). Take again a deep breath then imagine yourself 5 years ago (pause for 1 min…) then recall the things that you Love (pause for 1 min…), the things that you are best at (pause for 1 min…), and the things that irritate you (pause for 1 min…). Take again a deep breath then visualize yourself for the last 4 years (pause for 1 min…) then recall the things that you Love (pause for 1 min…), the things that you are best at (pause for 1 min…), and the things that irritate you (pause for 1 min…). 4. Again, take a deep breath, relax and run through the things that you Love, you are Best at, and your irritants that you have recalled 10 and 5 years ago and for the last 4 years (pause for 2 mins…). Finally, take a deep breath and slowly open your eyes with a smile for another chapter of your life has just been defined. Debriefing: After the activity, instruct the class to enumerate all the things that they Love, they are Best at and their Irritants in the whole sheet of paper. How do you find the whole exercise? 2. What are your realizations after knowing the data at the “Others See” Side of your window from your classmates? Are some of their answers the same as yours or surprise you? End the debriefing by giving a conclusion on the exercise that there are things or characteristics or traits that you only know but others do not and that there are things as well that only others see or know about you.
