  • We launched our social efforts with Facebook following the merger of CME and CBOT. Since then we have continued to expand and look for the best ways, not every way, to reach out to our stakeholders. More of our efforts in the past year have been heavily emphasized on images.
  • We are all working to find the right data, and we are now focused on ways to force out any false data. There are numerous ways we use internal processes and technology to help us show was is working (and what is not). This will continue to be a trend in the long term.
