Able to feel more calm in thought
Allowing time for relaxation and considering future CBRT.
Although still distressed about loss coming closer to acceptance and giving self permission
to move on.

Felt more relaxed and aware of colours, especially when driving on long journeys.
Felt most relaxed she has in a long time after the session.
Felt relaxed after first session and has practiced breathing with colour in bed at night, which
really helped to relax the body for sleep.

this always affects his stress levels and reactions.

Felt he has used the deep breathing and positive affirmations when feeling low and has
found this useful.
Her cold is nearly over and has slept much better.
I realised when I sat down and switched off just how exhausted I was and how I needed to
take time out. I have had quite a tough few months and the session made me see that.
It has helped the participant realise the importance of taking time out to relax.
It helped bring an awareness to the importance of relaxation and self-care.
Just as busy as always. Less anxious - more grounded.

relaxation techniques she had used over the years and that this had motivated her to use
them again to help when she felt worried.

on the yellow she has been more aware of her breathing

She slept well that night and found her throat and sinus's were a bit better the next day.
She slept well the night after the session and lost an extra pound in her slimming world .
She used the breathing techniques when she could feel herself getting irritable and found
that she was able to walk away and regain her composure. She also slept better a few
nights as she practiced the breathing at night whilst in her bed.
She was a lot more laid back when she got home to the kids and wasn't as stressed out
with them.
Sinuses seem lighter/clearer
Sleep pattern improved .
Sleeping better and in general more relaxed sleeping better since the last session.
Slept better.
Slept really well after previous session.
Some improvement in her sleep after the initial session.
Stated they felt more relaxed this week and more mindful.
The participant didn't feel as spaced or disassociated but didn't last beyond 1/2 days.

The participant experienced a good nights sleep after the CBRT session. This encouraged
him to come back to the second session.
The participant found that CBRT helped with breathing pattern and awareness was brought
to the importance of breath in relaxation.
Client slept well after session and has continued to practice breathing technique.

The participant found the experience of visualizing the colours was one that she wanted to
repeat. She had used visualizing the colours at night to help her sleep.
The participant reported sleeping a little better the night of session one and has been using
the pursued lips and 5 - 7 breathing techniques to foster mindfulness and physical body
awareness.
The participant reports being aware of trying to stay in the present moment more as a result
of the CBRT and more aware of colours in his environment.
This gentleman felt he was sleeping better and in general more relaxed.
This gentleman felt that he was sleeping better since the previous session.
This participant enjoyed CBRT and has continued to practice breathing with colour when
restless with sleep at night and finds it very beneficial.
This participant found that CBRT was very beneficial for current breathing problems, has
practiced CBRT in times of restless sleep and found that it was beneficial.
Yes she has been using the deep breathing to combat anxiety.

Her cold is nearly over and has slept much better. I realised when I sat down and switched off just how exhausted I was and how I needed to take time out. I have had quite a tough few months and the session made me see that. It has helped the participant realise the importance of taking time out to relax. It helped bring an awareness to the importance of relaxation and self-care. Just as busy as always. Less anxious - more grounded. She slept well the night after the session and lost an extra pound in her slimming world . She used the breathing techniques when she could feel herself getting irritable and found that she was able to walk away and regain her composure. She also slept better a few nights as she practiced the breathing at night whilst in her bed. She was a lot more laid back when she got home to the kids and wasn't as stressed out with them. Sinuses seem lighter/clearer Sleep pattern improved . Sleeping better and in general more relaxed sleeping better since the last session. Slept better. Slept really well after previous session. Some improvement in her sleep after the initial session. Stated they felt more relaxed this week and more mindful. The participant didn't feel as spaced or disassociated but didn't last beyond 1/2 days. Colours seemed more vivid. The participant experienced a good nights sleep after the CBRT session. This encouraged him to come back to the second session. The participant found that CBRT helped with breathing pattern and awareness was brought to the importance of breath in relaxation. She had used visualizing the colours at night to help her sleep. The participant reported sleeping a little better the night of session one and has been using the pursued lips and 5 - 7 breathing techniques to foster mindfulness and physical body awareness. The participant reports being aware of trying to stay in the present moment more as a result of the CBRT and more aware of colours in his environment. This gentleman felt he was sleeping better and in general more relaxed. This gentleman felt that he was sleeping better since the previous session. This participant enjoyed CBRT and has continued to practice breathing with colour when restless with sleep at night and finds it very beneficial. This participant found that CBRT was very beneficial for current breathing problems, has practiced CBRT in times of restless sleep and found that it was beneficial.
