Re-cap: CAG Governance
• Two primary ways to engage with CAG, as aMemberor a Participant
• Both can attend and speak at meetings, but aMember can voteforms part of quorum
• For the purposes of seeding membership, anyone that attends the first two CAG
meetings under this charter (June 11th and June 18th) will automatically be Members
• Membershipthereafter is gained on recognition of the chair, typically after attending
four (4) successive meetings
• Membership is stripped if a member is absent for more than two meetings without an
apology sent to the chair
• Quorum of a meeting will be set at 20%of the current membership
• Votes can be done via the mailing list, but will require a full seven days if polling
• Alisa Leonard-Hansen, Daniela Barbosa, Elias Bizannes, Jon Connelly, and Jay Myers
were recognized as seeding members of the CAG

• Roadmap approval / activities approval
– Proposed framework for creating new CAG initiatives
– Initial planned programs
• Current initiatives that fit into Roadmap (i.e. podcast)
