  • 5. OBSERVATION From the picture, we had the perception of a cube and through brainstorm realized a relation between childhood pranks (Lego, Tetris, Cartoon), memories and the cube.
  • 6. PROBLEM DEFINITION The child in the virtual world is like a closed cube, but in the real world interacting with others it becomes an open cube.
  • 7. IDEATION
  • 8. Ana Jam is 7 years old, she is an only child. She has just virtual friends because she’s very shy, her parents work a lot and that’s why she feels alone. PERSONA
  • 9. BUSINESS MODEL
  • 10. 1. The proposal is to create a space where families can take their children to play and have interpersonal interaction . " Think / Live Outside the Box “ 2. In addition , companies can promote events with their own employees and also with schools or groups of people ( a neighborhood, for example) in order to support the child and improve their brand image . 3. Count on partnerships of schools, nurseries , children's stores and professionals ( pedagogues , psychologists , monitors Recreation ) 4. We partnered with the professionals so that the games can be tracked and better developed aiming to socialize the child , so that it interacts both with family and with other children, this way stimulating the development of the child.
  • 11. 5. To achieve our customers , we use tools such as e - mail MKT , social networks and posters in strategic locations . 6. Interaction with customers is done through co - creation, word-of -mouth events like special dates , events promoted by companies , etc. and personal assistance . 7. Being the main activities : games, plays, theater, competitions, challenges , sports. We will have the resources for personal interaction , dynamics , games , database , internal records , waldorf education, contact with parents and children. 8. Costs will be to: materials like toys, stationery, renting space , hiring professionals, etc. 9. Sources of Income : Individual tickets to the families sponsoring companies and
