F our-leaf clover taxonomy model
The taxonomy is based Univirtual which combines the theory of social constructivism Bruner with the fundamental characteristic of distance learning of third generation, that is to say overcoming distance socio-cognitive. Knowledge takes indeed character "located" and "distributed" and is achieved through cooperation and negotiation of meanings. The model is integrated and collects the best indications emerging from previous taxonomies (Bloom, Guilford, R. Gagné, E. Gagné) paying particular attention to health activities with social interaction and group (Bruner). The model is new and current because it is proposed as the first
taxonomy for training blended.
It is divided into four stages (Information, Laboratory [interaction], Check, Customizing (personalization) and 18 training functions.
Training event is mainly individual, and allows a self approach to the repository in the network (eg deadlines, schedule).
BLENDED LEARNING MODEL Training event is included in a builded situation which requires the use of individual documents available on the net. The interaction is featured and supported by the supervision of tutor online.
