Repeat for the remaining chicken breasts.Step 6 Prepare 3 bowls for the breading process. Place the flour in one, egg wash in the second (the egg and water, beaten), and the breadcrumbs in the third. Sire in the Italian cooking sauce and continue as directed.Step 13/4 Pork Tenderloins, I buy the pork cutlets. If you buy pork tenderloin cutlets, but1/4 cup Italian Bread Crumbs if you want to use a a pork tenderloin do the following then follow the the cutlet directions: Cut pork crosswise into 4 slices. With a meat mallet, pound each slice between plastic wrap to 1/4 inch thickness. If you buy the tenderloain start here if you buy the tenderloin continue here: Place seasoned bread crumbs in a shallow bowl. Dip each pork slice into the bread crumbs coating slightly.Step 21 tablespoon Butter In a large skillet cook 2 pork cutlet slices in hot margarine or butter for 6 to 8 minutes or till pork is no longer pink, turning once. Remove from skillet. Keep warm. Repeat with remaining pork, adding more margarine or butter, if necessary.

Place each pork slice on the bottom of the roll or bun. Spoon some sauce over each. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, add tops of rolls or buns.
