    • All RTOs are registered and audited against the AQTF standards for RTOs
    • It is a requirement of registration for an RTO to document business and strategic plans
    • An RTO needs to have documented strategies, processes, policies and procedures to ensure efficient and equitable practices
  • 2. Quality arrangements for clients include:
    • Enrolment and induction or orientation
    • Complaints, grievances and appeals
    • Assessment, including recognition of prior learning (RPL), pre-assessment and appeals
    • Identification of training support requirements, for example language, literacy or numeracy needs
