The protégé of Susan Colomaio, Catering Director of East Carolina University who hired him at the age of 16 as a Catering Server/Design Apprentice since then has only heightened his passion for Platinum Design over a decade later. Hoisting a diverse medium in Theatre Stage Management and Design, Performance Art with a niche for Opera, Retail Style Coaching, Full Service Food and Beverage; not to forget classic Event Management he counts each endeavor as a golden gift of opportunity. Known for his nonchalant approach and resourceful on the dime design, Al Jones ensures every event is legendary. From Corporate Events, to Greek Life Luncheons; Wedding Rehearsals, to Dessert Socials…its all been done. A Raleigh based independent Private Event Specialist and Marriott-Joy Wedding Planner Certified he details every inch of your event: from customized menus to floral decorations, musical entertainment and so much more. His current focus for Fall 2011 is Sommelier Wine Training, and mastering the art of Luxury Wedding Design.
