A branded product or service had to be delivered.InsightThe Transport for London is the second largest transport and underground service in theworld and has serious problems with overcrowding in the rush hours times. Many people areobliged to wait for the next train and bus because of overcrowding. How can we make traveling in theunderground and bus safe, uncrowded, and encourage people to travel at non rush hourtimes?SolutionThe Oyster Card Pearl system. This is a point system that collects points whenever you touch-in your oyster in the Oyster card reader gates. In this case the points are called Pearls.Whenever you travel at rush hour times you collect 0pearls. If you travel 1hour before or after rushhour times you collect 5pearls, and for the rest of the day you collect 2pearls. Same applies onweekend rush hour times. If you catch a barclays bike during rush hour times you collect7pearls, and for the rest of the day you collect 2pearls.Once you have reached 600pearls on your Oyster card you win one day free travel on theTransport for London, and once you reach 3000pearls on your Oyster card you win one weekfree travel on the Transport for London.
