Learning Week Promotion
After implementing the structure and plan of the event, we promoted activities in local schools, through a brochure and partner network
Contact with interested schools and submission of the project to classes
Opening of the online enrolment and also paper enrolment process to be delivered to the School Office
Students selection:
the Learning Week has been presented to students. Then students interested in participating enrolled themselves online or directly at school secretary

Program of activities (8 hours for 5 days)
Step I: construction of three working groups (each group supported by expert actors) Step II: the groups have done theoretical research on the topics from which the video will be created Step III: the groups drafted the text / script to follow

Positive aspects : The possibility of transforming a job training in a stimulus towards a self-learning process (after the first stimulus we discovered that students, working on site, didn’t need a constant stimulus but have begun to be independent in learning) Critical aspects : The time required for the course was very concentrated (8 hours per day) and at the same time the period (late June) has penalized the students a bit, tired by the previous school months

Satisfaction Students and event planners were satisfied. The level of satisfaction was measured through a questionnaire prepared by external quality institutes. Organisation Many figures have been committed during the course, among them a journalist, a director and producers with whom the students interacted to reach the goal of the activity.
