Be aware of user’s frustration – sell him top quality ‘sausages’ (=quality service) Linked data, linked websites, geo-coding, opened standards

Download times: from 12’ to several days Access: http://nlnzcat.natlib.govt.nz Problems: no flash sites can be harvested
