More manageable. More personal </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Online recruitment has become boring. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Better chance to the job seekers </li></ul></ul><ul><li>For Companies: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Intermediary cant be trusted. It’s expensive. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>The better the jobseeker knows me the better chances I have to find who I want. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Better results according to the demands </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Perfect way to advertise the company </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>More interesting candidates. </li></ul></ul>
