late, and then when it is too late they would have to work
twice as hard as any body buff to take away all that waste
  found in the body. However, the work put into keeping
  your body healthy is worth it in both immediate results
and long-term benefits. Here are some tips on fitness that
 can help keep you happy and healthy for years to come.
Add small weights to workouts when you have grown
accustomed to them. Small weights added at a time will
increase your ability to burn more fat, while toning your
body and keeping the exercises challenging. If you fail to
  increase the weight, you could get too adapted to the
 exercise and slow down progression of your workouts.
A great fitness tip is to make sure you're getting the full
range of motion when you're lifting weights. You don't
want to cheat yourself by only partially lifting weights.
Getting the full range of motion will insure that you are
            getting the most out of your lifts.
As you lift weights up above your head, flex your glutes
with each rep. Your butt won't be the only one getting all
  the benefit with this workout since it repositions your
body to a more proper stance that affords you to prevent
 any injury you could have otherwise. This position then
         offers more stabilization for your spine.
Stretch afterwards. Studies have shown that over-
  stretching before running or performing weights has
 shown decreased stamina and increased damage when
weight lifting. Stretches are good for increasing flexibility
  but can be potentially dangerous by weakening fibers
     before they are utilized. Good fitness requires a
combination of flexibility and strength, so don't exclude
                    stretches completely.
A great fitness tip is to not push yourself too hard if you
 haven't lifted weights for a long time. You need to slowly
  introduce your body to weight lifting again. You could
become extremely sore all over if you still go at it too hard
 after a break from a round of exercise. Avoid the pain by
                    following this advice.
To save yourself from straining your back when lifting
  heavy objects (like weights) over your head, be sure to
 squeeze your butt muscles during the activity. You could
 avoid or minimize any chances of any major back injuries
by clenching your muscles since that technique makes you
        into a position that helps support the spine.
If you are going to the gym, try to strength-train with
  weights as much as possible. This is beneficial as it will
     help to reduce the amount of fat in your body and
increase tone, helping to give you the shape you want. Do
not strength-train too much, as this can strain muscles and
                        set you back.

lifted weights before, you should start out with something
        light, such as a one pound dumbbell. With the
  dumbbell, do a set of ten lifts or reps. You need to make
sure that when you do some lifts that the dumbbell you're
    lifting isn't too much for you to handle, only enough
resistance for your limbs to handle. As stated earlier in the

 reaped from your efforts will be well worth the work. By
