  9. 9. Making Your Music “Licensing Friendly” When Uploading To OurStage<br />Song information can be submitted here while uploading tracks<br />Song lyrics should be submitted here while uploading tracks<br />

Step #1: The Correct File Formats<br />When uploading your songs OurStage, be sure to include:<br />WAV files of each song<br />WAV files of instrumental versions of each song (if you have it)<br />WAV files of clean edits of any song that has explicit lyrics<br />Lyrics to the tracks  <br />
  11. 11. Step #2: Completing the “Song Registration” Form<br />Before music can placed, OurStage must know the following:<br /><ul><li>Who owns the master track
  12. 12. Names of others who may have paid for the recording
  13. 13. Names of vocalists, musicians or producers who weren’t paid to create the track
  14. 14. Any current or past involvement with other labels
  15. 15. Inclusion of samples from pre-existing music </li></li></ul><li>Step #2 Continued:<br />In order to secure placement and to facilitate royalty payouts, OurStage will need the following information:<br /><ul><li>Who owns the publishing on each track
  16. 16. If your songs have been previously published
  17. 17. Names of any other songwriters who contributed to your song
