Some is used in positive sentences:
I had some rice for lunch

Any is used in negative sentences with not and in question:
Have you got any tea?
He did n't give me any tea.
I do n't think we've got an y coffee left.

Every/all
every is always used with singular nouns.
Every house has a bathroom.
all usualy used with plural nouns.
All bedrooms have a bed.
