But as an owner, a GM, a finance manager, a sales manager, a salesperson --what your female customer wants and needs should be very important. Jeffrey Gitomer said “It’s not the hard sell, it’s the heart sell”. He also said “The head is attached to the price, the heart is attached to the wallet. If you jerk the heartstrings, the wallet comes popping out of the back pocket.” Are you ready for this? Sales- isn’t really about numbers. It’s about relationships. Win the relationship –win your customer. Win your customer – win referrals. Win-Win-Win-Win. Gross is a byproduct of the relationship between a salesperson and the customer. The numbers are the easiest part. Let me help you reach your most influential demographic....women.

  • 2. I began my career in the auto industry as a salesperson. Within a short amount of time, my talent and commitment to excellence became ABOUT ME evident and I was offered a position as Internet Sales Manager. I soon realized there was an entire demographic that Alabama auto dealers weren’t capitalizing on….women.I created a website for female car buyers, www.queenofcars.us, wherewomen could go to get information about the buying process, understand therights as a buyer and to promote myself as a sympathetic advocate to anunder representedSection of auto buyers. I increased my effortsby creating a YouTube channel and postingvideo content regularly. I also used YouTubeas a way to communicate with prospectivebuyers www.youtube.com/alcarqueen.

After working with various dealerships in North/Central Alabama with respect toInternet Sales, Social Media and Reputation Management, I accepted a positionas Regional Manager at AskPatty.com, a company dedicated totraining, advertising and marketing for automotive dealerships and tire, lube andservice centers. By joining the AskPatty team I was able to continue my effortsin assisting and educating dealerships about the female car buyer, but on amuch larger scale. “I communicate with dealers all over the United States that have a real interest in targeting their efforts to the female consumer. A one-size-fits-all marketing strategy will no longer suffice. Due to women’s increased effects on the economy and the overwhelming influence they have in regard to household decisions, it’s a smart move for automotive businesses to cater to their needs and connect with them. By being attentive and responsive to female consumers, businesses will see an increase in CSI ratings, loyalty, referrals and profits."
