more better .
How can these problem be solved?
From the res ponse of students, the teacher
directs them into concept of ‘ Delegation of

3. Delegation is the process of entrusting part of
the work by the superior to his subordinates. It
is the administrative process of getting things
done through others.
PHASE II (GROUP DISCUSSION)
Teacher divides the students into different
groups and asks them to discuss and write
