AMSTERDAM - Discriminatie is de verklaring voor hoge werkloosheid onder allochtonen. Dit geldt zowel nieuwkomers als tweede-generatie-allochtonen. Door discriminatie hebben ze ook vaker een tijdelijke baan dan een vast contract. Maar zijn ze eenmaal aangenomen, dan doen ze het soms beter dan autochtonen.
