    20. Tips for Success • Be sure to calculate the number of pounds of body fat from their body fat percentages.- Use this to help create a realistic goal. • Offer the option of a 2-level eating plan. For faster results, avoid all grains for the first 6 weeks (see “Dare To Lose” Book by Dr. Shari Lieberman • Stress real foods first- “On The Go” Meals, Shakes & Bars are for back-up • Don’t forget to introduce other nutraceutical products along the way (Greens, Fiber, B-Complex, Aloe) – Introduce a Health & Wellbeing Seminar • Share recipes from TransitionsLifestyle.com to encourage their subscription… prevent food boredom
    21. Tips for Success • Bring in a personal trainer to help share fitness tips. • Get creative, make it fun • Check journals. If you are not holding them accountable, they will not do it! • You may need to offer some tough love! They are paying to have someone keep them on track and coach them. • Be firm, but not degrading
    22. Why consider Transitions™ for nutraMetrix® HP practices?  The obesity epidemic is getting worse  Heart disease is the #1 killer of men and women in the US  Colon cancer is the #2 killer in the US  The program works if people follow the program  If you don’t like to sell it’s easy – you educate instead and the patients enroll in classes and get results!  If you’re an NC it’s a great way to approach an HP – There is no better way to demonstrate the capabilities of nutraMetrix® products and programs
