What to Expect A weekly set of reports associated with each of the monitors. A specific prospecting list aligned to the chosen sales process, for example broken down by sales process stage. Engagement based working where specific prospects are assigned to specific account managers. Campaign based reports that follow the timeline of the campaign, for example 30 days prior, 30 days through launch, 30 days after launch. Monthly summary of all activity associated with a specific account, set of accounts, territories or partners. Plan for a 3-6 month set-up, trial and execution period that builds incremental value through the period of the project. Monitoring & Listening that includes the most significant Social Media networks including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Blogs. Monitoring & Listening in English & Spanish languages or additional languages on request. Reports are provided in Excel and PDF formats.
