OPEN MANAGEMENT
Every Project Participant can be part of the decision-making processes that affect the Project.
EQUAL RIGHTS
All Project Participants have equal rights in the decision-making processes, based on the individual size of the share each Project Participant has in the Project.
REVENUE SHARING
Every Project Participant participates in the sharing of revenue created through the Project; the size of each Project Participant's share will be determined based on their individual contribution.
TRANSPARENCY
The decision-making and the voting process, and the decisions and votes, will be available for review by each and every Project Participant.

SBR uses the concept of shares, like corporations
Be capitalist (I’m the boss with 99%), or be egalitarian (1 share each)

IP Licensing:
Developers (members) have access rights to the code
Customers buy the final product and have usage rights
