Receptionist panel/Agent  Can Generate Enquiry Id’s over phone for Callers.  Transfer enquiries to the concern person/dept/calling agent.  View New enquiries as well as Old enquiries transferred to the agents.  Can see follow-up details.  Also this panel can be integrated with your website enquiry form and you can check enquiries in the Receptionist/Admin login panel. Agent Outbound:  Can Automatically request for New call list once old calling list is completed.  This list contains no. of call like 50/100 depending upon the user performance set by admin.  Once agent click on the ‘Get Call List’ he will get 50 Fresh records from the database and these records are unique in between all your outbound agents.  Agent is also provided with an option to search for specific lead from the database on the basis of Enquiry id, Name or telephone no.  Can see follow-up details.©Copyright 2010 ‐ All Rights Reserved, AKS WebSoft Consulting
