Put post its where you think you might pause and talk with the children </li></ul><ul><li>2nd: In pairs, each take a turn and practice Before steps 1-6 on the observation protocol </li></ul><ul><li>3rd: In pairs, each practice During steps 1-4. </li></ul><ul><li>4th: In pairs, each practice After steps 1-3 </li></ul><ul><li>5th: Think back on what stood out for you in each segment of the lesson. </li></ul><ul><li>*Use pre-selected vocabulary words because these are the words we will assess for word learning. </li></ul>
