    • 5. Change Agent
      • Charles Robinson radicalized public library service with his mantra “Give ‘em what they want.”
    • 6. Legacy
      • Ranganathan’s Five Laws of Science are still relevant today.
    • 7. Leaders today
      • Leslie Burger combines all of the above ingredients to provide state of the art library service.
    • 8. Tino Peňados and the Succotz Learning Center
      • Tino started a library in his home for the Mayan village of San Jose Succotz in Belize.
    • 9. Bruce and Rosemary Harris
      • Bruce and Rosemary built a library in Tanzania after visiting Chalula with Habitat for Humanity.
