subconscious mind.
One of a very effective way is to use the Subliminal Messages in audio and video that
can by-pass the Logical Thinking Brain and send the messages directly into the
subconscious mind. And, there is a booming in selling these “Subliminal Tools and
Products” on the internet. Just “google” and find out for yourself.
For the audio subliminal messages, they are basically a list of positive affirmations or
messages embedded into some nice and soothing music or natural sounds(such as
sound of forest, raining, seaside, etc), and the verbal messages are mixed into the
background with a lower volume. During the playback of the audio, our logical mind
can only hear the background music which is at louder volume, the subliminal
messages can skip through the logical mind and get into the subconscious mind…
For the visual subliminal messages, they are “Text” or “Symbol” embedded into the
whole picture.
By exposing our subconscious mind in these subliminal messages long enough,
researchers claims that it need to be exposed for 30 times, than it will be stay in our
mind as part of our belief system, and our behavior will act accordingly.
