Employment AnnouncementField Representative Training Coordinator No. 00001648Location: Office of Enrollment Management, Heidelberg Administrative OfficesCategory Overseas Regular, Full Time, Grade 4Description: The Field Rep Training Coordinator (FRTC) reports to the Director of EnrollmentManagement and Europe Operations, UMUC Europe. The FRTC is responsible for working with theRegional Enrollment Managers (REMs) to create a comprehensive series of online trainings for all fieldreps in Europe. The FRTC will also track all field rep training and keep specific records. Other dutiesand responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Keep FR Wiki up to date; Maintain all field rep training records and documentation. Provide/create additional training modules as needed; Performing office tasks such as monitoring and distributing administrative supplies, answering the phone, and communicating via email with faculty, students, field representatives and UMUC staff worldwide; Request PeopleSoft security access for new Field Reps; Performing other duties and complete special projects as assigned.Requirements: The successful applicant will have excellent technical skills and will be able tocompletely design and create online trainings as well as maintain and update the FR Wiki. The FRTCshould have knowledge of Field Rep duties and good communication skills to work with REMs andcollate all the information into one central databank. The FRTC will be efficient, focused, well-organized, and have the ability to adapt to changing short-term priorities while consistently supportingand contributing to the accomplishment of long-term goals. The successful applicant must also be a self-starter, motivated, and people person with strong customer service skills. Progress towards anAssociate’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years administrative experience is required.
