What makes cities unsustainable? <ul><li>Using these images and your current knowledge, can you come up with some factors that make cities unsustainable </li></ul><ul><li>You will need to recap and think about what sustainability means </li></ul><ul><li>Write them into your booklets. </li></ul>

  5. 5. What are other places doing? <ul><li>On pages 178-179 purple book, there are examples of things that 4 more cities are doing to make themselves more sustainable. </li></ul><ul><li>Read through these, and collect more information about how to make cities more sustainable. </li></ul>

Explain two ways in which cities might be made more sustainable <ul><li>You can use any of the case study examples that you have read about- just make sure you say where that example is occurring. </li></ul><ul><li>Use the markscheme to help you- but don’t copy out the suggestions in the scheme. </li></ul>
