  3. 3. 5.1 Communications <ul><li>Key Objectives </li></ul><ul><li>increase the number of schools registered to 60,000 by the end of the period </li></ul><ul><li>ensure closer cooperation between CSS and NSS in terms of communications planning and implementation </li></ul><ul><li>disseminate the impact of eTwinning and examples of good practice to the education sector </li></ul><ul><li>network and reward educators engaged in eTwinning via events, visibility in publications and other materials, etc. </li></ul><ul><li>produce and implement multi-annual communication strategy and annual communication plans </li></ul>

Proposed Groups <ul><li>Group 4: Campaigns </li></ul><ul><li>A group to focus on planning and visibility of campaigns in general, and specifically: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>the annual thematic campaigns </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>the back to school campaigns </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>the launch of the new portal </li></ul></ul>
  10. 10. Proposed Groups <ul><li>Group 5: Communications with Comenius </li></ul><ul><li>A brainstorming group to share and suggest approaches regarding the links between Comenius and eTwinning, based on experiences of teachers involved. </li></ul>
  11. 11. Setting up the groups <ul><li>Go to the group that interests you </li></ul><ul><li>Elect a rapporteur. The rapporteur is in charge of: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Making a verbal report back from the group at the end of the session </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Preparing 4-5 summary points on paper to be given to Alexa </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Go through the questions for your group and try to find a consensus on the main issues. </li></ul><ul><li>At the end of the session, make a verbal report back to the whole session on your findings. </li></ul>
