12. REPORT ON CONTACT ACTIVITY Follow-up Team perform item on Task List by contacting lender. Follow-up Team enters information on Lender Follow-up Log Sheet Entry Form. Home Office will view Lender Follow-up Log Sheet to find out the status of the file with the Lender contact. Agent enters specific information that is then automatically time stamped and posted on the Lender Follow-up Log Sheet. Home office staff uses Lender Follow-up Log Sheet to integrate to Client File, creating hands-on phase at home office and keeping home office staff involved in daily results.
