  1. 1. Puzzles and Muscles Get ripped AND rediscover that inner five year old who used to love playing with puzzles... What could be better?!
  2. 2. Puzzles and Muscles Step 1 :Go  out  and  buy  a  200  piece  Puzzle...  Yeah,  seriously!  
  3. 3. Puzzles and Muscles Step 2 :Go  out  and  buy  a  20  small  envelopes...  Yup,  s=ll  serious!  Note:  I  would  recommend  4”  x  6”  clasp-­‐style  envelopes  from  Office  Depot.    They  are  sturdy  and  work  quite  well  for  the  upcoming  steps.    White  or  manilla  are  both  perfectly  acceptable!

Puzzles and Muscles Step 3 :Place  10  pieces  from  the  puzzle  in  each  envelope  Note:  If  you  only  have  9  pieces  to  place  in  the  last  envelope,  something  has  gone  wrong...  Don’t  worry  about  it.    Let’s,  just  assume  the  box  had  all  the  pieces  and  one  of  the  envelopes  accidentally  received  11  puzzle  pieces

Puzzles and Muscles Step 4 :Go  to  this  website:  hUp://hundredpushups.com/  and  complete  the  ini=al  test  Note:  This  is  were  you  should  really  start  to  feel  the  burn...  And  if  not  now,  you  will  tomorrow  morning!    I  sure  did.    When  you  get  ripped  in  another  6  weeks  you’re  going  to  remember  this  feeling  fondling.  
  6. 6. Puzzles and Muscles Step 5 : Note:  That  silhoueUe  is  about  to  be  you!  Extra  Note:  The  previous  note  only  applies  to  women...  But  men,  you’re  going  to  be  looking  hot  to!

Puzzles and Muscles Step 6 :Based  on  the  ini=al  test,  find  your  workout  plan  for  the  next  3-­‐6  weeks  and  write  each  days  workout  on  a  small  sheet  of  paper  Note:  You  can  also  print  off  the  necessary  webpages  from  the  website  and  then  cut  out  the  workouts  with  a  pair  of  scissors.    Don’t  consider  this  a  lazy  op=on...  It’s  a  good  op=on.    You  are  about  to  never  have  the  word  lazy  associate  with  you  ever.    When  people  say  the  sentence  “One  word  I  would  use  to  describe  __your_name__  is  _________  ...”  The  second  blank  will  never  be  filled  with  the  word  lazy!!

Puzzles and Muscles Step 7 :Hang  the  correct  number  of  envelopes  on  you  wall  next  to  your  bed  and  put  a  date  on  each  that  coresponds  with  when  you  will  do  the  workout  Note:  You  have  now  basically  made  an  incredibly  cool  advent  calendar.    But  not  like  the  kind  you  got  from  grandma  at  Christmas  with  the  mediocre  chocolate  inside.    Even  then...  those  advent  calendars  were  super  fun.    Imagine  how  much  beUer  they  would  be  with  puzzle  pieces  instead  of  chocolate!    No  need  to  imagine,  because  now  you’ve  got  one!

Puzzles and Muscles Step 8 :Each  night,  take  an  envelope  off  the  wall,  do  the  workout  (it  takes  5  minutes)  and  go  build  another  part  of  your  puzzle.    But  you  only  get  the  pieces  if  you  do  the  workout.    Okay!?  Note:  If  you  send  a  completed  picture  of  your  puzzle  to  ajevans55@gmail.com,  we  at  Puzzles  for  Muscles  will  Photoshop  a  picture  of  your  head  onto  an  incredibly  ripped  person  and  post  it  on  the  website  along  with  the  photo  of  your  puzzle...  See  the  next  slide  for  an  example
