“Koutons and Charlie Outlaw”, having pan India presence, achieved turnover of INR 12,000 million in 2009-10.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER, KRIL, (Oct, 2005 – Jan, 2011)
Headed and directed entire accounting and financial operations, with a large taskforce of more than 100 people,
developed the operational systems through SOPs for Internal Control of operations. Broadly responsible for Fund
Planning, raising fund by various instruments as Equity, Bank Loans, Corporate Term Loan, Private Equity,
Commercial Papers, NCD’s. Preparing and giving Company Presentation for raising funds. Managing the
maintenance of Accounts at different offices, financial closure, monitoring and analyzing Profitabilty statements, cash
flows and key financial parameters and reports, updating the Investors and Capital market with quarterly and yearly
reports. Responsible for supervising overall taxation matters, secretarial and legal matters end to end, formulation of
various committees under the Corporate Governance Regulations. Acted as Compliance Officer of the Company,
addressed investors complaints and complaints from Govt. Authorities, Involved with administration of
Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP), allotment of shares to employees, Structured Rights and Public Issues in
coordination with Merchant Bankers, Lead Managers, Registrars to the issue, SEBI and RBI for Handling
transfers, allotment, transmission and transposition of shares. Advising Board on recent Govt. Policies/
procedures, conducting AGMs, EGM,s Board Meetings, Committee Meetings and other regular secretarial

• Raised INR 7,500 million of Working Capital Loan under Consortium arrangement. Achieved 25 times jump
in the total facilities enjoyed by Company, from the time started my tenor with this company. Funds raised
from 10 PSU and Private sector Banks.
• Raised INR 1500 million, from Domestic Financial Institutions via Commercial papers and Non Convertible
Debentures (NCD’s)
• Raised INR 1830 million, by way of Private Equity Investment from 4 National and International
Institutional Private Equity Investors.
• Lead and co-ordinated with team of BLRM for raising INR 1,500 million, by way of Initial Public Offer (IPO),
from primary capital market, actively participated in pre and post IPO Road Shows.
• Successfully mobilized the Funds through other financial tools such as, Factoring, Buyer’s Credit, LC/FLC, and
Bill Discounting.
• Raised funds from Private Lenders against Pledging of Shares (LAS)
