  3. 3. Introduction<br />The real meaning of Kimchi is not just made of cabbage with chilly powder, kimchi reflects Korean’s characteristic. Kimchijigae is one of the famous food in Korea.<br />Cooking time : 30minutes.<br />Calories : 456Kcal ( for one )<br />Main ingredients : Kimchi and pork<br />
  4. 4. Ingredients<br />Main ingredients : Kimchi 300g, pork 200g<br />Sub ingredients : Tufu 200g, green onion 20g, cooking oil 12ml, sesame oil 4ml, soy souse 8ml, chilly powder 14g, kimchi liquid 300ml, kelp liquid 400ml, sprite 14ml, so-ju 14ml, garlic 14g<br />
  5. 5. Slice pork mouthful, and then roast it with cooking oil and sesame oil.<br />
  6. 6. Cut kimchi appropriately to eat and fry it with soy sause for 10 minutes<br />
  7. 7. When fried kimchi and pork cooked harmoniously, put sprite, so-ju, kelt liquid and kimchi liquid, boil them until being socked into the fried pork and kimchi. <br />
  8. 8. Season with soy souse 4g to taste, and then put and boil Tufu, spring onion, and chilly powder<br />
