OUR KEY ACHIEVEMENTS <ul><li>Successful EP Re-Integration </li></ul><ul><li>In Semester 1 2011, AIESEC UNSW held 2 EP Reintegration Events, which resulted in 7 EPs being moved to the TR stage of the AIESEC XP. They are now active in different portfolios: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>4 in OGX (2 in each team) </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>1 in ICX </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>1 in MaC </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>1 in Finance </li></ul></ul>Thus, creating a pipeline for X +L within AIESEC UNSW.
  3. 3. <ul><li>AIESEC UNSW is aims to create LC –LC partnerships with the African, Eastern Europe and Asia Pacific regions to promote to a wider target market on campus. </li></ul><ul><li>We have decided to renew partnerships recommended from returned EPs from last year. These include: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>AIESEC Legon in Ghana, with which we have had a sustainable partnership for the last 2 years with the ASK and YES Projects </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>AIESEC UNAND in Indonesia, </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>AIESEC UPD in The Philippines, </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>AIESEC BUCURESTI in Romania </li></ul></ul>LC-LC PARTNERSHIPS <ul><li>As a region, NSW has decided to focus on three main themes: </li></ul><ul><li>Project Red (HIV/AIDs) </li></ul><ul><li>Teach the World (Education) </li></ul><ul><li>Lend a hand (community based projects) </li></ul>

EVENTS WITHIN OGX <ul><li>2 EP Re-integration re-integrating 7 EPs into the LC as active members. </li></ul><ul><li>2 Member Review Board Preparation where expectation setting is done with the candidates and general policies of the XPP are outlined. </li></ul><ul><li>2 Member Review Board with 18 applicants and 6 alumni as panellists. </li></ul><ul><li>2 “Exchange Ongoing Session” where EPs are we ask the passed candidates to come in to fill out their contract, add their EP forms and go more in depth through the XPP. </li></ul>In the last two quarters of 2010 – 2011, AIESEC UNSW has ran: In the last two quarters of 2010 – 2011, AIESEC Macquarie has ran: <ul><li>1 EP Re-integration re-integrating 5 EPs into the LC with 1 as LR. </li></ul><ul><li>3 Member Review Board Preparation where expectation setting is done with the candidates and general policies of the XPP are outlined. </li></ul><ul><li>3 Member Review Board </li></ul><ul><li>1 Pre Departure Exchange Session where EPs are “prepped” before their realisation and briefed in terms of logistics, culture shock, acting as an entrepreneur and AIESEC ambassador while on exchange. </li></ul>
  6. 6. OUR GROWTH STATISTICS <ul><li>Compared to last year, we had a 2,200 % growth in raises for Quarter 4 (Apr – Jun), 2010/2011. This can be explained by the new legislation allowing us to have EPs on the system for a period of 9 months. </li></ul><ul><ul><li>* AIESEC Macquarie’s statistics are included for the year 2011 </li></ul></ul>

OUR KEY INITIATIVES <ul><li>New LR position: Events Management Team Leader Their role is to manage a group of new EPs in organising the logistics for MRBs and EP events so as the parent OGX teams can focus on matching and managing our EPs. </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Applications opened to the whole LC at the beginning of June </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>3 members applied for the LR </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>EPs to be recruited for this team will done at the end of June. </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Have TM support OGX with EP Management in Semester 2 (our peak in activity) to ensure high quality of EP Management and integration into the organisation. </li></ul><ul><li>Planning to hold 4 MRBs in the next 2 Quarters as well as a Regional EP pre-departure preparation session with USYD, Macquarie, UTS and TAFE NSW for October. </li></ul>
