PBoX Project based on exchange
What is PBoX? • PBoX is a project made by AIESEC aimed to give positive impact to society. • Our newly created PBoX is a summercamp lead by Aiesec Uio and NST (national support team)
• We are coperating with Bærum mottakssenter (reception centre for asylum seekers) • We will arrange a activity-summercamp for the youth connected to the reception center throughout June and July 2011.
Goals • Realize 15 TNs • 6 weeks PBoX summercamp • 3 parallell camps divided into different age groups • Arrange different activities: sports, arts, excursions, leisuretime activities • Global village
Timeline • February: planning, grants applications and sponsorship, mapping out participants, venue, budget, team structure • March: raising sponsorships • April: start raising and matching TNs in the Aiesec database, deadline raising sponsorships • May: matching TNs • June & July: recieve participants
Team structure • ER + Finance • ICX  JD, matching and reception • OC

  • 2. What is PBoX? • PBoX is a project made by AIESEC aimed to give positive impact to society. • Our newly created PBoX is a summercamp lead by Aiesec Uio and NST (national support team)
  • 3. • We are coperating with Bærum mottakssenter (reception centre for asylum seekers) • We will arrange a activity-summercamp for the youth connected to the reception center throughout June and July 2011.
  • 4. Goals • Realize 15 TNs • 6 weeks PBoX summercamp • 3 parallell camps divided into different age groups • Arrange different activities: sports, arts, excursions, leisuretime activities • Global village
  • 5. Timeline • February: planning, grants applications and sponsorship, mapping out participants, venue, budget, team structure • March: raising sponsorships • April: start raising and matching TNs in the Aiesec database, deadline raising sponsorships • May: matching TNs • June & July: recieve participants
