  • 9. Every day, we experience so much whenbeing active in AIESEC. From time totime, each of us needs to take some timeof to think about what happened.Personal reflection either on your own,guided or in a group can lead you tounexpected key learnings.It is the task of TM and all team leadersin AIESEC to provide space for individualdiscovery and reflection.{
  • 10. One of the major experiences one canmake in AIESEC is the team experience.It is easy to work on your own. Butachieving a goal with a highly bondedgroup of people is a challenge. Each onein a team is different and special.Each team leader has to take some stepsin providing members with a good teamexperience. First of all, it is important tomake a selection of the members thatshould be in your team. Not allpersonalities fit together. Team buildingis the next step, then vision building,creating team rules and principles. Thenit is up to you: performing!{
  • 11. Gaining and deepening knowledge in aspecific topic in order to increasing theholistic world view is one of the goals inAIESEC. When member discuss or workon a certain topic for several times in arow, you can call this a learning cycle.The topic for it should be selectedaccording to the interests of themembers in the LC and the needs of theenvironment (partners etc.). As TM andEB in the LC, you should encouragemembers to start a learning circle andprovide them with the resources neededfor that.{
  • 12. When people think of their AIESECexperience and the good time that theyhad in AIESEC, many of them think ofconferences and seminars that theyattend within AIESEC. At conferences andseminars, members gain functional andsoft skill knowledge, network and live theAIESEC culture. It is the task of TM tooffer the right workshops to theirmembers and guide them on their way.{
  • 13. Personal discovery and reflection can beguided by a mentor. When a mentor asksthe right questions, a mentee can gainnew insights and different perspectiveson her/his life. It is important that thementor and the mentee have a personalconnection to each other.{
  • 14. AIESEC is the international platform.With myAIESEC.net our members all overthe world can connect and exchangeknowledge easily and 24/7. TM and allteam leaders have the responsibility tomake their members active members onthis international platform.{
  • 15. Everything we do as TM appear from anecessity or is created to generate anew necessity.So no matter which GLE you want toimplement the first step is detect yourLC talent education, training,coaching, mentoring, support needs.IMPLEMENTATIONHR Area in any organization manage HRresources and aim to solve HR needs.It is the reason why we exist in AIESEC.
