The connector ‘so’ shows a result . The first subject and verb gives the ‘cause’ and the second subject and verb gives the ‘result’.

Now the brown squirrel is on a long tree branch. He wants to jump to another tree. The squirrel hears something, so he looks down. He is coming down from the green tree . Someone dropped a few pieces of chocolate chip cookie. These pieces are lying on the grass. T he squirrel is walking a toward the food, and he is inspecting it. He is putting it in his mouth. His tail is moving rapidly . The little brown squirrel is now eating happily.
