    • MSc research on NNEST “ Managing Human Resources: A study of the recruitment, training and reward policies of an English kindergarten school in Southern Taiwan’
      • Issues raised back in 1998-2001
        • Different hiring policies between NS and NNS based on physical appearance, proficiency, accent, etc.
        • these differences give way to a much deeper problem that creates a gap between the two
