      I believe that I have a proven record of accomplishments including organizational and management skills along with attention
      to detail, from the ten plus years that I have been in this field. I am confident that I bring the strengths necessary to complete
      my assignments readily and effortlessly.
       My eagerness comes from my desire to learn about the trade. Over the years I have accepted different positions in order to
      broaden my background while learning, growing, and trying to understand all aspects of construction management, as I worked
      my way through college .
       While employed, some of the responsibilities that I have come to understand were successfully managing multiple simultaneous
      projects while consistently meeting the strict deadlines and budgets . During the course of my career, I have also:
      • Successfully managed, directed, and provided technical guidance for construction crews, consisting of both union
      and non-union employees
      • Supervised the tactical planning and implementation of various construction projects ranging from $10,000 to $2 Million
      • Administered, maintained and developed construction documents for their successful completion
      • Preserved a line of open communication between the client, vendor, and sub-contractors for the life of a project
      • Prepared, reviewed, and coordinated schematic, preliminary and working drawings for projects

      $750 million biologics manufacturing facility for Bristol Myers Squibb. Phase I of the project includes four main buildings: a BioPharma manufacturing facility, a central utility building, an administrative/quality research laboratory and a warehouse/storage structure.
      Project consists of installation of Stainless Steel cabinetry, epoxy countertops as well as enamel coated laboratory cabinets and fume hoods into a laboratory environment.
      Managed a constant crew of 15 carpenters, time sheets, union payroll, client communication, invoicing and billing, plan reading, estimating and schedule forecasting.

      Ten month, multi-level, 14 carpenter installation of hospital millwork.
