  • M. Arch. east riverfront district The East Riverfront Project was done for theLawrence Technological University final project for my master of architecture. The site in Toledo is referred to as the “Marina Dis- trict” and is on Toledo’s east side riverfront across from downtown. It is a 1 mile stretch of Downtown riverfront and is pretty wide open and primed for Toledo development. My project consists of a develop- Project ment for the entire site That includes 4 mixed Site use buildings, a residential rowhouse develop- ment, park space, a bike path, and a renovation to an existing historic building on the site. The concept was to integrate all the elements around the site, such as the existing neighborhoods and commercial zones, and bring them all together while still allowing riverfront acces.
