  • 2. BUFFET (or Sumptuous feast) A counter or table from which meals or refreshments are served. A meal at which guests serve themselves from various dishes displayed on a table or sideboard.
  • 3. DETAILS OF THE SERVICE ARE AS FOLLOWS A buffet is a DISPLAY table or other suitable surface, that will accommodate a stack of plates and serving dishes of food. Guest are invited to serve themselves at the buffet
  • 4. DETAILS OF THE SERVICE ARE AS FOLLOWS The menu for a buffet meal must be planned. There must be plenty of table space
  • 5. BUFFET SERVING STYLE FOOD  TABLE SERVICE:-It incudes- American(Pre-Plated/Plate- Buffet),Russian(or Platter to plate),French(or Trolley service) and English (or Host Service) SELF SERVICE:-Open Service(Guest Serves Themselves, Counter Service(Portion Control Buffet)
