    • This is our main publication to draw the interest of State Employee who are not currently participating
    • We recently redesigned this publication to reflect our new Slogan “Save Now Play Later”

    • This Publication is intended for State employees who are already in DROP
    • This piece highlights the employees ability to consolidate all of their retirement option within our plan
    • The In-DROP Newsletter also covers the many distribution options that these senior can take advantage of in our plan
    • There is also a section from the CFO warning these employees of the outside vendors who might not have their best interest

    • This Publication is intended for State employees who are eligible for DROP during the 2008-2009 Fiscal Year.
    • This piece highlights how to enroll in the plan, how to roll-in accrued leave, and how much they can contribute during 2009.
    • The DROP Eligible Mailer also has a tear off card that the state employee can send to our Bureau for more information about the Plan.

    • This piece highlights the advantages of pre-tax investing, and shows two graphs depicting these advantages.

    • This publication is sent out to all State Employees the week of October 18 th -24 th to promote “National Save for Retirement Week”.
    • This piece encourages employees to begin contributing early, and increase their contributions. It also highlights the managed accounts offered by Valic and Great West.
    • The National Save for Retirement Week Mailer also has a tear off card that the state employee can send to our Bureau for more information about the Plan.

    • The Max-out card is sent to all participants who are currently deferring the maximum annual contribution to the plan.
    • This piece has a chart which displays the monthly and bi-weekly contribution rates for the annual maximum contribution as well as both “catch-up” provisions.
    • This publication encourages participants to call the Bureau and max out their contributions.
