Reflection PapersInformative/Persuasive/Poetry/CelebrationA reflective essay is a piece of writing that basically involves your views and feeling about each one of thespeeches that you will delivery this semester (Informative, Persuasive, Poetry & Celebration). The goal of areflective essay is to not only discuss what you learned about each speech, but to convey your personalexperiences and findings from each delivery.You are required to write four reflection essays. Each reflection paper is required to be written with 500 words ormore (page and a half)/12 font/doubled spaced/Times Roman.In writing your reflection papers, please consider the following categories below as supporting guides: Professional Conversational Projection Vocal Variety/not monotone in the delivery Avoided fillers, such as, um, like, tongue clicking, smacking Stood up straight/posture Avoided Pacing/Rocking Main Point/Thesis Eye Contact Natural Delivery/Voice Well-developed essay & outline Visuals & Demonstration Attention Getters Portfolio Communication Well-developed hand-out MLA Work Cited Page Opening Stand point/Closing Stand point Demographics Audience Centered Audience Natural Voice Interaction with partner Body Gestures Cultural Awareness Anxiety Humor Stories Toast The reflection essays are due at the end of the semester.
