  • 2. College isn’t just about the next step after high school. This is a place of higher education that opens up many life choices. You must strategic planning so that you can prepare yourself for the college experience. • Make a checklist of all the needed or desired tools and supplies before preparing for any upcoming college course. You need to make sure you have everything you need to be prepared for school to avoid calling your parents to help. This is especially important if you’ll be far away. Tips to help you plan your college years!
  • 3. • Carry a personal water bottle with you to school. Staying hydrated very important to your health and that can be hard when you need to do all day long. This is particularly important if you there is numerous classes back-to-back and don’t have time to eat. Drinking water is sure to help you stay focused and on-task. You can reload water fountain. • Apply for scholarships or grants early. When you takes more time to find money for college, there is a better chance you can receive more funds. Make a list of important deadlines so that you can submit applications on time. • Study skill courses can teach you valuable lessons towards academic success. College education are different from high school. The study skills classes can provide excellent tips on how to study effectively so that you can achieve success in class.   • 4. • Always prepare your testing materials when taking exams. The instructor does not always separately supplies, so make sure you have what you need before you leave for class. • It is important to get familiar with the teachers you learn all you can about your professors whenever classes begin. • It may not take longer using the bus. You can also save time from not having to search for parking. You will also save yourself money on both gas and you won’t have to purchase a parking pass. You can often collect all of the information you need by using nothing more than online resources and paying attention in your lectures. • Textbooks are very expensive and can cost several hundred dollars. You will save a lot of money by buying your textbooks used. • Not only is the career the middle help you get a job when you graduate, they also post part time jobs that you could do while in campus or at the surrounding areas close to your school.   • 6. • Do more than just rely on exploring electives as a way of deciding your interests lie. Get yourself involved with classroom activities on campus. Join clubs and sign up for work-study work. There are a ton of things for you can do on campus. Try something that you have never done every week if you want!
