  2. 2. Sprint Page The Sprint page is the Dashboard for all Sprint activity including: • The Sprint Backlog • The Burndown • Sprint Calendar • Sprint goals • The Sprint Team • Capacity Planning • Feature, User Story, Task Breakdown
  3. 3. Sprint Page Once you have defined a Product, a release and sprint page will be created for you automatically. To get to a specific sprints page navigate through the “Sprint” menu drop down.

  5. 5. 1 Calendar Add a milestone to the Sprint calendar by clicking: “add milestone” Note: Start and end dates are automatically included
  6. 6. 1 Goals Edit the Sprint and enter Sprint Goals Goals are prominently displayed on the Sprint page for all team members to see.
  7. 7. 1 Capacity planning Summary information provided to you for the sprint. Start and end dates. Capacity available in Story points and hours. Story points left and hours left.
  8. 8. 2 Sprint Burndown The Sprint Burndown: •  Grey line = the team’s target velocity •  Green line = the team’s actual velocity •  Blue line = best fit team average velocity Turn each graph on and off by clicking on the arrows beneath the chart
  9. 9. 3 Backlog The Sprint backlog shows features, user stories and tasks. Track and update daily hours directly via the Sprint Backlog.
  10. 10. 3 Backlog Custom sort the Sprint Backlog by clicking on the column headers Developers can edit the hours left for each task directly in the hours left cell 5.5 3.0 edit
  11. 11. 3 Backlog The Sprint Backlog contains all the Feature, User Story and Task breakdown Use the action buttons to update tasks and user stories 5.5 3.0 edit •  Go To User Story •  Complete User Story •  Edit •  Add Task •  Add Comment •  Attach Document •  Delete
  12. 12. 4 Bugs The bug backlog shows bug details . Bugs are grouped by Feature by default
  13. 13. 4 Bugs •  Manage bugs using the Bug Tracker •  Bugs are associated with their corresponding features and user stories for full traceability •  Go To The Bugs Page •  Start Work / Resolve Bug •  Edit •  Convert to User Story •  Add Comment •  Attach Document •  Delete
  14. 14. 4 Bugs Easily track hours required to fix a bug These hours get added to the total hours required to burn down during the Sprint Bug hours don’t count toward overall story point velocity
  15. 15. 5 Activity View all activity for the Sprint. Link directly to team members home page or user stories, tasks and bugs.
  16. 16. 5 Activity The activity tracker automatically tracks and records all activity on the site ensuring total transparency Example: If the hours left are changed or a user story is edited the entry is automatically logged

  18. 18. 7 Attachments Upload and share documents in the Sprint repository. Add comments.
  19. 19. 8 Features Create and assign sprint blockers from the blocker board. Blockers will also appear on the users home page.
  20. 20. 9 Team members Add or remove Team members from the Sprint team. View team allocations.
  21. 21. 10 Estimate user stories using modified Finbanacci View recently completed estimates and relatively estimate new user stories with single click.
  22. 22. 11 Sprint Planning Schedule user stories and bugs into sprints with a single click of the mouse.
