Score card item: Improve co-operation with PSD stakeholders As head of PSD, I want to continuously improve our cooperation with our stakeholders, so that our projects have prerequisites to deliver needed business value and our stakeholders are kept happy. Plan, execute and follow up retro with global product management heads Plan, execute and follow up retro with local business heads Value driven user story Tasks Plan, execute and follow up retro with SSD Agree on planning process with BSSD Set up web based questionnaire for project feed back on specialist participation in projects Decide on how to make use of feedback from and to projects Initiate experience sharing group for project owners
  • 8. Score card item: Improve lead time Theme 1: Lean & agile As head of PSD, I want my project managers to have lean & agile knowledge, so that they run the projects according to lean and agile principles increasing the business value, of our projects.
  • 9. Exempel user story Score card item: 70% of respondents find it is easy to get started with our services As head of PSD, I want all our projects to include user tests as early as possible so that our customers find our products easy to get started with.

Några enkla regler <ul><li>Alla arbetar alltid aktivt med åtminstone en uppgift! </li></ul><ul><li>När en uppgift är klar, ta tag i den uppgift som står näst i tur! </li></ul><ul><li>Om en uppgift omfattas av någons linjeansvar, kom överens om hur uppgiften ska hanteras – antingen får uppgiften vänta till den ansvariga kan ta tag i den eller så tar den som är ledig uppgiften! </li></ul><ul><li>Samarbeta så mycket och ofta som möjligt – samarbete ger bättre resultat! </li></ul><ul><li>Reflektera över arbetssättet på regelbunden basis! </li></ul><ul><li>Presentera framsteg ofta! </li></ul>
