Host Environment <ul><li>Positive changes and sustained use of best practices can not occur without : </li></ul><ul><li>active administrative leadership and participation, </li></ul><ul><li>proactive school-wide systems (procedures/routines) in place, and </li></ul><ul><li>buy-in and support from staff </li></ul>
