Whereas the Spice Girls chose Roberto Cavalli to design their costumes for their come back tour, Madonna remained faithful to D&G and on the opening night of her 2008 “Hard Candy” tour she and all of her backing dancers wore outfits designed by the duo. What’s more, in the video for the single “4 Minutes”, in which she collaborated with Justin Timberlake, Madonna and JT can both be seen wearing Dolce and Gabbana. And Justin isn’t the only man in her life who is connected to Dolce and Gabanna. Her new boyfriend, Brazilian model Jesus Luz, became a model for the designers back in June of this year appearing on the catwalk for their 2010 Spring/Summer menswear show in Milan. Madonna once again showed her love for D&G earlier this year when she appeared on the cover of W magazine, looking impeccable for her age wearing very little except a pair of sunglasses from their latest collection. As she arrived at the recording studio in New York this week she was once again spotted with a new radical hair cut. This time the singer has taken her style even shorter, shaving the sides of the hair and leaving a long middle section which was dyed blonde and slicked back. Her look as usual was edgy and she wore a leather jacket, ripped jeans over fishnet tights and a pair of open ankle boots. The only part of her signature look which was missing was her designer sunglasses . No matter how she’s wearing her hair at the time normally she isn’t seen without a pair of the latest Fendi designer sunglasses but this time her face was distinctly bare. Rihanna is currently recording her latest album, which as yet is untitled, in New York. The album will feature collaborations with singers such as Justin Timberlake, Ne-Yo and Akon.
