33. Spese di acquisto

• “imposta sul trasferimento della proprietà” (Conosciuto come ITP: Impuesto
• de Transmisiones Patrimoniales), se il prezzo del bene acquistato e superiore
• a € 400.000, pagherebbe 9% dell'importo eccedente tale cifra economica.
• Per le nuove costruzioni si paga il 4% di IVA (Impuesto sobre el Valor
• Añadido, ovvero “IVA”) fino al 31 di dicembre 2012, a seguito questa data
• sarà pagato il 10% IVA, e sempre più lo 0,5% di imposte aggiuntive.
• Si devono inoltre calcolare le spese notarili e di registro, che ammontano
• complessivamente all’1,5% circa.
• L’ITP viene addebitata nelle seconde e successive vendite della proprietà, ed
