  • I'm going to follow your advice and comment on your slideshare. I'll just say, that there are some great ideas in here, most of which should be common sense, but seems most people put on some kind of an act when doing social media (probably includiing me).

    Anyway, I particularly liked your suggestion to monitor job changes and congratulate peers (some of this comes via Linkedin anyway, but the suggested tool looks awesome and I'll try it out).
